Monticello Falls Church

Monticello Falls Church is an 800-unit apartment complex in Falls Church, VA. The Eakin Family partnered with a local family-owned construction company to develop the existing apartment community.

CVS/pharmacy

The CVS/pharmacy property originally consisted of multiple commercial sites, including a restaurant and a gas station. In 2012 Eakin Properties combined the individual properties to allow construction of a pharmacy with drive-through, providing a more stable tenancy for the partners.

Sleepy Hollow Shopping Center

Eakin Properties led the development of Sleepy Hollow Shopping Center, converting a parking lot and several small retail stores into a successful neighborhood center anchored by CVS/pharmacy and IHOP.

Bartton Place

Bartton Place is a 32-unit apartment community located on the Columbia Pike corridor in Arlington, VA. The value-add opportunity was acquired in early 2021, with renovations planned for Fall 2021.
